Ongoing bookkeeping services via QuickBooks Desktop*, quarterly bank account reconciliations, and quarterly financial reporting.  Quarterly preparation and filing of IRS Form 941 and EFPTS payment setup, if applicable. Quarterly preparation and filing of FL Dept of Revenue Reemployment Tax Return (RT-6) and payment setup, if applicable. Monthly or Quarterly preparation and filing of FL Dept of Revenue Sales Tax Return and setup of payment, if applicable.  **CPA email & phone support available at discounted CPA rate. Pro Monthly Bookkeeping Package

Starting at $225 Monthly


Monthly bookkeeping services via QuickBooks Desktop*, monthly bank account reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, and quarterly bookkeeping review (30 minutes), upon client request. Quarterly preparation and filing of IRS Form 941 and EFPTS payment setup, if applicable. Elite Monthly Bookkeeping  Package

Starting at $315 Monthly


Monthly bookkeeping services via QuickBooks Desktop*, monthly bank account reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, and quarterly bookkeeping review (30 minutes) upon client request.  Quarterly preparation and filing of IRS Form 941 and EFPTS payment setup, if applicable. Quarterly preparation and filing of FL Dept of Revenue Reemployment Tax Return (RT-6) and payment setup, if applicable. Monthly or Quarterly preparation and filing of FL Dept of Revenue Sales Tax Return and setup of payment, if applicable **Up to 60 minutes CPA email & phone support per month. Quarterly small business tax planning included as part of quarterly bookkeeping review. Preparation and filing of business federal annual income tax return IS INCLUDED.  Filing of FL Annual Report in Sunbiz available upon client request (client must reimburse G41 for any annual filing fees paid). Preparation and filing of annual 1099 package and/or W-2/W-3 package. See additional terms and conditions below.


*QuickBooks Desktop is standard with every package. QuickBooks Online subscription can be obtained at client expense. Client may choose CPA reduced rate or own billing arrangements.

**Additional inquiries, including text messages, emails, and/or phone calls will be billed at reduced CPA hourly rate of $75, with a minimum charge for 15 minutes. Any text messages or phone calls to personal cell phone will be billed at the standard CPA hourly rate of $100hr. ***Quarterly Financial Review (30 minutes) , if not included in package, is offered at a discounted rate of $75 per quarter upon client request.

****All packages are subject to quarterly revenue review, at which time client will be notified of any price increase based on increased volume/revenue. A new Engagement Letter will be required to be signed by the client prior to resuming services. Client agrees to set up recurring ACH/bank transfer payment for package which will occur on the 1st of each month. Payments made via debit/credit cards will be subject to an additional convenience fee.

*****Packages DO NOT include the following services, which are available: QuickBooks Payroll Subscription, ongoing payroll management, accounts receivable management, annual 1099 and/or W-2 package preparation and filing (included in Elite package ONLY), and/or customized reporting.
